Exporting out the Security Filter field from Permission

Hi
I am working on NAV 5. I am trying to export the data from the old database to a new database. I am trying to export out the permission table. I am able to export all the fields except the Security filter. Apparently there is some corruption in the data in the security fields which crashes the dataport, form or report and then terminates the NAV 5.
I tried exporting the information using SQL but it appears as though it is encrypted.
Is there a way to export the Security Filter data correctly translated from SQL? Is there any other method to read what is the information in Security Filter from SQL?
