The errormessage 'Error 15990801: T8240 C15990801' sounds to me like a developer's debugging-type of error: it suggests that something went wrong in table 8240 and/or codeunit 15990801. You should contact your NAV partner [or the ISV that created the add-in]
NB: I have no table 8240 in NAV2016 - so it possible is (now deprecated) functionality in an older version of NAV?
Like Jan said: That definitely looks like an error intercepted by a NAV developer and then re-raised with some extra info about the NAV object that received the error. Best ask your NAV partner (or ISV) for help.
