Printing G/L Entries

Hi,

Let's say I've got a standard journal entry, for example an expense postings against a Bank Account. What's the best way to print out the transaction? NAV doesn't seem to have a single report which produces these G/L Entries unless printing the G/L Register. The latter is quite decent but if the same G/L Register contains numerous document numbers, all entries will be printed within the same document.

Is there any other solution?

Regards,

Steve

    You could:

    1) Ask your NAV consultant / integrator to create a new report/customized export for you.
    2) Use the native export to Excel (CTRL+E) and present it the way you want.
    3) If you use SQL Server Standard or Enterprise: you could setup SQL Server Reporting Services, write an SQL query and create your report design. This option is useful if you need other reports and want to publish them over time. SQL is especially useful if you have complex reports that require lots of resources to be calculated.
    4) ...

    Best regards,

That's what I was thinking of, but wanted to confirm that there's no out-of-the-box report.
