Can anyone help with installing NAV 2015 RTC on a user's PC?

Hi,

I've installed the RTC no issues for plenty of users in the past, however I can't seem to figure this one out. Whenever I go to install the RTC on the user's PC, this error appears:

I have obviously installed Visual C++ Re distributable:

I am currently running Windows 10 x64 and have had no issues on many other user's PC's here in the office.

    Hi,

    It seems to me that you are running the RTC Installation only from the Role Tailored Client Exe.

    I would suggest to Run as below -
    1. Run the Setup as administrator.
    2. Select Choose From a Installation options.
    3. Select Client and then install the product.

    There might be other pre-requisites which are missing in system. If you install by above mentioned approach all pre-requisites component required will be installed.

    You might have Visual C++ Different version installed. Try above steps and let me know the results.
