Is it possible to save an Email from Exchange?

tigerztigerz Member Posts: 1
I am currently trying out NAV2016. :)

I tested EMail logging, which use public folders on Exchange.
I am able to read the subject and from+to email adresses.
But i have problem when saving the email body.

Line spaces seems very wrong and also html-tag are shown. :'(:s

I would like to save the email from Exchange as a .msg-file
or
I would like to save email body as real text.

I need this to be able to make an automatic reply mail from within NAV.

Anyone know how to do this?? :)

In Outlook, click “File > Import and Export.” (screenshot)
Select “Export to a file." (screenshot)
    Click “Next.”
Select “Personal Folder File (.pst).” (screenshot)
    Click "Next."
    Select your mailbox.
Make sure "Include Subfolders" is checked. (screenshot)
    Click “Next.”
In the "Save exported file as:" field, type C:\mailbkup.pst. (screenshot)
    Click “Finish.”
When the "Create Microsoft Personal Folders" box appears, click "OK." (screenshot)
At this point Outlook should copy your entire mail account to your hard drive.
