The G/L - Item Ledger Relation already exists. Identification fields and values

When I am trying to post a Sales Return Ordre I get this Errror :
The G/L - Item Ledger Relation already exists. Identification fields and values

It is the same problem posting a Sales Return Order with lines copied from a posted document (Sales Invoice) or posting a Sales Return Order where I am creating the lines manually.

Check if the specified record in table 5823 actually exists.
If so, check if the g/l entry no. and value entry no. specified in the record actually exist in the general ledger entry and value entry tables. If not, there's a chance that someone deleted them.
If the record in table 5823 does not exist, then the problem is in the document you are actually posting, instead of already posted data being modified/deleted.
In this case, you have to do some hard work with debugger and try to catch where's the problem.

The company was created on basis of another company. And some of the tabels where not reset/deleted.

l face the same problem. I did check in table 5823 and found this
what I have to do with it so l can post Sales Credit memo?
