Pictures disappears NAV2013

Hi, I have NAV 2013, not 2013R2.
If I add a picture to an Item it works fine. I can close NAV and turn on and the picture is still there.
But if I change something in the item, price, name or anything the picture disappears.
Does anyone have an idea how I can fix this without update to R2?

Just tried on our non R2 version and does not happen. Have you had some bespoke code added?
