Whether C/AL Programming is available in Navision 2016

I just want to know whether C/AL Programming/Code is available in NAV 2016

Because in some forum they said that there will be no C/AL Programming in 2016 NAV. So Just want to confirm that I have raised this question here.,

They forgot to mention 1 big change! Visual Studio has landed INSIDE the C/AL editor! There is intellisense now! (Whether it is also intelligent is another question...)

I think it is still in kindergarden - at times useful, and at times very annoying.
I miss the ability to click on fields on the Fx icon and pull in info. Copy and paste works if it is a single name, but not for populating keys.
It also does not know about fields belonging to records when you are doing a setrange, etc.
