Printer Selection not working

We are using NAV 2009 classic client. When I go into printer selection and set a report to always use a specific PDF printer, it doesn't actually do it. It still uses what I assume is the citrix default printer. I have tried doing it per user per report, nothing. I tried doing one user, all reports - still nothing. I don't understand why it isn't following the settings at all. Any suggestions?
