I m using NAV 2009 R2 , I m getting following error while sending an xml to the webservice

error--->the call to member send failed . msxml3.dll returneed the following messge : an error occured in the secure channel support )
the process was working fine untill the host server was replaced with tomcat server. tried testing with SOAP s/w its working fine but while calling from nav I m getting this error.
please help.
