Missing Microsoft xml libarary DONDocument class (NAV 4.0, W10)

Hi all,
I want to modify my NAV 4.0 codeunit but i can't save changes, i get error " The program cannot get type information from the type library. The type library may be corrupted or have an invalid format. Ty to registerthe OLE control or Automation service."
The problem is that my pc (W10) don't find Microsoft xml library class (i need DONDocument, but i can select just DOMDocument60), in SQL server 2008R DONDocument class is not missing and NAV works correctly.
I am new with registries, can someone help me how add/install missing libraries?
