I want to Accumulate the Approved & Posting Process in Single Click, Is is Possible or Why not?

We are using MS Dynamics NAV2009 R2, there is a User Task where Vouchers feed to Approve/Reject.When any Voucher is Final Approved then Approved & Posting run simultaneously in NAV2009 R2. Here it is mentioned that, Some Tables has Locked during Approval & posting Process.
