Phone chat about purchasing 4.0???

My company is considering Navision 4.0 for distribution and manufacturing. While we have been able to speak with and visit a number of Navision 3.x installs, I have yet to chat with a company using 4.x.
Would anyone here be willing to spend 20-30 minutes on the phone discussing your experiences (in general) with both the installation and day to day running of Navision 4.0????
Some example questions are:
#1: Why did you go with Navision 4.0?
#2: What was the implimentation like? Good, Bad?
#3: What do your users think of Navision 4.0?
#4: What system did you come from?
#5: What was your greatest gain with 4.0?
#6: What has been the greatest pain?
That kind of stuff.
