What happened to the NAV 2015 Phone client???

The "Universal App" recently automatically replaced the 2015 Phone Client on my client's iPhone, and now it doesn't show up in the App Store, and the 2016 client won't work with 2015. What happened to the 2015 client and how do we get it back???
