Two tables in one page

Hi to all,
I want to create page that have 2 tables. First table will be like Journal , where I can insert new rows. And the second one it will be like list.

What kind of page I must to use to create this kind of page.
I use nav 2016

Hi,
I would suggest starting with a Worksheet page and once created adding an additional subpage to it representing the second table. Are there any relations between data, for instance, content of the second page will be related to the current selected line of the journal ?

Thanks for your advice, but I resolve with create a Document Page and ListPart for the second table.
