Menu showing in Tablet Client but not showing Phone Client in NAV 2016

Dear Experts,

I am facing this issue in NAV 2016. I have opened the same screen in both the Tablet and phone client and when I click on the Menu button (3 dots ' ...' ), I see the options in my Tablet client. But I do not see any options in my Phone client.

I am attaching the screen shots of both the clients for reference. Please suggest ideas on how can this issue be resolved.
