Navision 4.0 on Windows 98

Dear All,
I have installed Navision 4.0 on Windows 98 but I have problem running it. Whenever I run the Navision, it will pop up the Illegal Operation error and shut down my Navision program.
Did I miss out some setting to make Navision 4.0 runs on Windows 98.
