Check report printed with different bottom margins

Hi,

Has anyone encountered such problem?

User A prints same check from her workstation and from remote-desktop session to the same printer from the same environment. The check printed from Remote desktop environment prints it all good. The margins match with the report layout. However, the check printed from the workstation totally messes up with footer section. It prints with less bottom margin so the check has to voided.

The only difference is OS. Workstation has Windows 7, and the remote server has Windows Server 2003

The printing settings screen doesn't have a lot of options to override.
