Hi,

you have to contact your NSC, which should contact MBS.
This tool will only be used by MBS employees.
And you have to bear all the costs.

I don't think you can buy this tool. MBS people will use this tool to recover a database, but they are the only ones that may use this.

Hi,

you have to ask your local MBS office.
The costs may differ form country to country.

MBS will send you a cost transfer form which you have to sign.
You have to pay a handling fee, the working time of the MBS employee and for his the travel time and travel costs.

The time to repair a database depends on the size of the database, the severity and the number of the errors in the database.

So you see, we can't give you a fix price for the costs.
But i assume between 500 € and several 1000 €.
