Multiple versions of page open at same time

Is there any way to not allow more than 1 copy of a page to be open on a user's workstation at a time? For example, if they open a Customer Card they can't open a second copy of the Customer Card. We have an issue where a user opens 10+ copies of a page and then gets confused.

Usually the same page shouldnt open anyway, at least on my Machine (win8.1) from versions 2013 and above (didnt try 2009r2).

But to be honest, try educating your users  to not confuse themselves

In NAV2015 I'm getting a new Customer Card every time I click on a customer in the list.

I wish it were that easy. :o We just went live on NAV2015 and users don't like change. We were still running a 1960's mainframe just 2 years ago.

Well, before opening a new customer card, close the one you just opened.

Welcome in 2016! That must be really a culture shock for them!

BTW: do they know their version of NAV is already old? o:)

No. They are still in shock over moving 5 versions forward over the period of one weekend. We won't be looking at another upgrade for at least a year!! :)
