Cannot uninstall Navision 4 client

Hi,
at attempt at from - installation client Navision 4 will get to from - installation, but on her end will get to return bis original state and enter bis eventlogu:
Product: Microsoft Business Solutions- Navision 4.0 – configuration turn out a failure.
Be not knowing please wherein might be problem?

Try to copy the content of the CD on your Hard Disk and run setup from the new path , from the disk....

any suggestion how to uninstall it?
Can't you just install it again at the same position, perhaps it even suggests a repair.
And then try to uninstall it again - maybe some uninstall information got damaged what do I know ;-)
