NAV 2013: integration record table

We have the following issue.
Suddenly users are getting error messages regarding permissions on table 5151 integration record.

To be honest I didn't knew what this table was.
So when I looked it up, I found that this is used for the CRM Connector.

The strange thing is that in the Marketing setup the field "Enable Connector" is false.
So why are there records added to this table?
Can I delete records in this table when I'm not using the CRM connector?

I feel like I'm missing something here, but I'm just not sure what... any suggestions?
