Some buttons are misssing in a single company for NAV 2013

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with tabs, because for a single company some buttons are missing and I don't understand why. I confirmed that problem is not cause by permissions or roles, because I deleted all users of the database. I restarted a couple of times the services, I exported the page in txt, deleted it, loaded it again and compiled the object, also I created a new database in other machine and restore a backup and the problem persists. My conclusion is the problem is with the data. This is the action designer of my page.
Until some days ago, the page showed the buttons, and now the page shows the buttons only for another companies in the same database.
At this moment, the system doesn't show nothing, I don't know whether modified data to cause this.
Someone may help me to find out a answer for this behavior of NAV?
