Standard Sales Post with Job Queue - The user process has terminated

ixe23ixe23 Member Posts: 15
Hi All,

I have a really annoying issue.

Just trying to use standard functionality of NAV to post with Job Queue, so it creates a Job Queue Entry for a Sales Order.

When Job Queue tries to process it keeps on giving the error:

"The user process has terminated unexpectedly. Check the Windows Event Viewer for more information."

Has anyone had a similar issue?

Thanks a lot for your help.

Cheers,

Ivan

Well your error description basically says nothing, did you check the eventviewer as suggested? Would absolutely help in helping you.

    Hi Wisa123,

    Thanks for your answer.

Well, we have checked the Event Viewer but could not find anything.

And if I try to make a Codeunit which runs the same Codeunit 88 for posting with Job Queue it goes fine. BTW, other Job Queue Entries on the same instance work fine.

    Thanks for your help.

    Cheers,

    Hi,

It seems that the User which was running the Job Queue (on Terminal Server) didn`t have sufficient permissions on NAV server. When I run the Job Queue with the Administrator then it works fine.

Does it mean that the only way to make this work is to make my user administrator on the NAV server?
They are being really heavy on this, about any kind of permissions...

    Thanks.

    Cheers,

Doesn't have to be administrator. The user only needs permission to perform the task at hand.
