XMLPort.EXPORT with OutStream error "CharTran.bin non found"?!?!?

Hi to all,
I'm writing a simple piece of code to export a flat txt file with XMLPort.
In my codeunit using OutStream to accomplish this action.
But when exec my coduenit by RTC Client (NAV 2015 CU9 and 3-tier environment with 3 server Client, MT and DB),
it show me this error tha I attached, I attached a portion of code also, but it's very simple!!!
In code of XMLPort there aren't nothing manipulation of stream or file, I don't know where this comes out this file!
I don't know what think about this.....
