How to create a segment list in RTC?

Hi Guys,
Does anyone know how to make a segment list of contacts based on the answers to profile questionaires? For example how would you create a list with people who've indicated they are interested in golf?
I'm aware of the "Add Contacts" batch job but I cannot seem to be able to set the filters so it will pull out people interested in golf.
