Report PDF Font Embedding Problem with WebClient

Hi All,
for the Swiss ESR printout (payment) we need to use a special font. This font is call OCR-B and is installed on every client and the server where the service tier is running. In addition we have set up the service tier to use "Report PDF Font Embedding" and as well have set the property to yes in the report. With the windows client it works well but with the WebClient we face problems. In the Preview mode the Font is shown correct but as soon as we save a PDF or print it on any printer the font is ignored. Does anybody have an idea how to solve this problem? We restarted the Service Tier and the IIS but still the same.
