I need to translate NAV 2016 *.resx files to tr-TR from en-US or de-DE with Google Translate, How?

Hello, i am working on a localization project for Nav 2016 and i need to somehow use Google translate to translate resx files to tr-TR from de-DE or en-US. How can i do this ? at this point we can not affort a translater so for the beggining google translate will do fine.
