Outlook Integration

I have tried to install the Outlook Add in for NAV 2016, however the add in does not appear in Outlook. This is in Office 2013.
Has anyone else managed to install this and integrate with Nav?

    Hi Andrew,

    You have probably already solved this, but just in case.

    Once installed (make sure you have admin rights to install it), if you don't see the Outlook tab in NAV, check if it is disabled: go to File/ Options / Add-ins, and check the COM Add-ins and Disabled Items sections to see if the NAV synchronization add-in is on.
