Error message: both target and source tables must refer to the same table

When posting a sales or purchase document, or even when I try to add item tracking lines, i get the message above.
Afterwards I have to stop the client process with the Task Manager. I am using NA 2015 / build 8.0.41779.0

Debugging the code leads me only to standard code. Searching in web shows me some SQL documentation, but no solution. Are there some helping ideas?

Have you already tried compiling all the objects?

Even though the error might occur within standard code, it could have it's cause in some place which is customized, or maybe even in some faulty data.

Find the immediate cause of the error. Then trace it back to it's origin. The debugger might help you with this.

Check also if it is a known issue that might have been fixed in some hotfix/CU already.

Yes, the debugger gives me the track back to the post button. But there is only standard code to be found. There is the hope left to fix it by an upgrade..
