How to get back the Filter Lines Box of Get Posted Document To Reverse > Posted Sales Document Lines

Version: NAV2013 W

My customer had accidentally removed the Filter lines (below option fattab, which show the details of the posted document lines) from Sales Credit Memo > Get Posted Document To Reverse > Line Filters, and it is not able to restore back. However the Lines for other Document Type Filter (which he did not remove) still there. I have tried to delete the zup file, still not able.

I attached the image if my illustration is not clear.

Hi Mohana or all experts there,

After delete user personalisation, user is able to get back the Posted Sales Lines Document, but now, another issue arise - the Find feature is now only show for "Line Discount %", but not all the fields available from the column. This "missing Find" feature only apply to the Document Type (which is Posted Sales Invoice) that user has accidentally removed previously and restored back. I failed to replicate this in my environment.

Can you give me some pointer, please?
