This video contains many valuable things about grouping, thank you Claus. At some point of his lecture, Claus went into the rendering order, saying something like all body sections of all pages are rendered first, then the page headers and footers are rendered afterwards, because otherwise the overall number of pages could not be known already on the first page header. It must be true, that there exists some mechanism, that yields this overall number of pages, but the main rendering order is: Body1-Header1-Footer1-Body2-Header2-... , especially with regard to setting and getting shared variables in custom code.
