Array Dimensions Exceeded supported range

I'm getting the following error while doing an upgrade to NAV2015. When I run upgrade step 2 in NAV2015 the error I'm getting is:
'Array dimensions exceeded supported range'. I did some online research and it looks like it is a PowerShell issue, running out of memory?
Any ideas how to overcome this problem?
