How to post additional depreciation on a disposed fixed asset.

I've posted depreciation till disposal date and disposed a fixed asset. Now I need to post additional depreciation amount on the disposed asset. When I tried to post through FA GL Jnl., it throws error saying 'fixed asset is disposed'....Any solution for this issue?
