NAV 2016 Extensions + custom .NET assemblies

Hi all,
I'm looking at the potential of 2016 extensions. While the tech and possibilities look great, I'm wondering about one thing:
Using custom .net assemblies in extension codeunits.
Would it be possible to deploy those required assemblies to a multi-tenant environment? Does anyone have a thought on this?
