User portal migration

Hi
I have a Navision 3.60 Server DDBB with User Portal. It works fine. I must migrate this database to a 3.60 Navision SQL server DDBB. When I install in a new server, the User Portal doesn't work.
All the installation (apparently) is well, But when I try to execute http://server/Factory, I receive a JavaScript Runtime error
Error in line 103 in /Factory/default.asp.
This line, search ERROR tag in a XML document sended by UPASCON pipe variable.
I changed this ASP file, and a added a line to save the XML document in a file , but it is empty. Apparently it doesn't receive any XML document.

My installation is a Windows 2000 Server, Service pack 4 and navision 3.60 (hotfix 30).Internet Explorer Version is 5.00.3700.1000 (Default IE installed by Windows 2000
