Outlook Sync: One of the conflicting synchronisation entities is not available



I would like to do an full syncronisation. So, all Outlook contacts can be deleted. How can I "reset" the links to the entities, so that
I get a new clean first syncronisation?

    Hi NAVFuchs,

    we have been there, done that. BUt we could not solve it within the existing NAV software, so we had to re-invent some functionality.
