NAV2009 R2 Client Painfully Slow

I have one machine that when you fire up the NAV client, it takes at least a minute or so to open the DB and once open it's painfully slow. Client has been uninstalled and reinstalled twice (for good measure) to no avail. All other applications on the machine run perfect. No viruses/malware, clean machine (Windows 7 Pro), clean event log. There are no issues with any other NAV client. This is driving me nuts. Any help would be appreciated.

    Did you check the network connection on that computer?

    No network connection issues 1GB conneciton. Can ping SQL server <1ms.

    Did you checked builds (DB and classic clientclient comparing to other clients)?

    All running same client build 6.0.32012 connecting to same DB. All other clients fine.

    Do you have Some firewalls or older hubs/switches in between? Also, if network Cable does not fit properly, or cable is damaged connection would be set to lower speed even if capable for 1GB.

    Or even bad network drivers... (I'm still thinking it could be something with network)

    Access to other servers/network shares are no issue. The machine also has the latest network drivers. Even tried a different port on the switch to no avail. This is strange.

    Internal DNS/lookup issues maybe?
