Hi Krithika,
Run Sync Tenant as discussed below.
** Before Running Sync Tenant, change the SqlCommandTimeout From 00:30:00 to 10:00:00 in General Tab Tier of Service Instance.
** Restart the service after changes.
http://saurav-nav.blogspot.in/2014/05/nav-2013-r2-how-to-sync-tenant.html
** Sync Tenant will take time to complete.
** Hope you are using NAV 2013 R2 exe Build with CU 6 or higher.
Let me know if any issues.
Thanks & Regards,
Saurav Dhyani
