From what I read on MSDN it should be possible in NAV 2016 to import zipped Windows Client Control Add-in assemblies on the Control Add-ins page so they will automatically be deployed to clients. Just like it was already possible with JavaScript add-ins.
This is the MSDN page:
https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd983803(v=nav.90).aspx
I tried this by zipping the dll file and importing it, but it doesn't automatically deploy. The assembly has the same name as the control add-in and the zip file is uploaded succesfully.
Has anybody else tried this? Any ideas?

What problem are you facing?
issue is while compiling or run time?

The add-in works fine when I manually put it in the Service,RTC or Temp folder. It just doesn't work when I put it in the database.
Do you just zip the dll file and import it, or do you include other files, or do you use a specific folder structure to zip it?
