Approval Workflow

in NAV Three Tier
Hi Sir/Mam,

Just want to ask if this approval workflow can be done in nav standard.
I already tried, adding the substitute in additional approver in approval template, but what happens is, additional approver becomes second approver. and in other document type, main approver is disregarded and approval entry is for additional approver only.

    This is possible. Add the substitutes as actual subtitutes in the Approval User Setup and not as an additional approver.
