Configuration OData to connect PowerBI

Hi everybody,

I´m trying to connect my NAV 2016 Database with Power BI but always i have a credential error. Has somebody been able to connect it?


They could not update the data source credentials : Unable to connect to the data source . Ensure that the data source is accessible.

And why with the Demo NAV 2016 demo environment you can connect the Demo Querys but you can´t add custom Querys...

    I had a simular problem connecting powerbi to my nav2016 azure demo.
    After disabling ssl on Odata and renaming the company to something simple like demo (was Cronus Danmark A/S) I got them connected.

    But do you have got connect other database? I can connect Azure NAV 2016 demo but not, with another custom database.

    Hi,

    Go to NAV 2016 Administration Tool > Select Service > Click Edit > Go to ODATA Service Tab > Check mark on "Enable Odata Service" > Save > Restart Service and Check now.
