NAV2016 Outlook add-in not registered with Outlook

I've tried this on a couple of machines and I can't seem to get the Outlook add-in to appear in my add-ins list.

What I've noticed is that the NAV2016 DVD installer for the add-in finishes in just a couple of seconds, yet the 2013/2015 installer takes a while to complete. I'm wondering if anyone else is having the same issue or knows how you manually install the add-in
