Translation of menusuite 1010

Hi All,
I'm trying to translate NAV basic menusuite 1010 with translation tool and I'm hitting "You do not have permission to modify the 'Dept - MBS' MenuSuite" error when importing translation with Tools > Translate > Import function.
Now I wonder, should we be Master VAR to be able to do this? I would rather avoid to include full translation into new menusuite.
