NAV 2015 Control Add-in Error

Error in NAV 2015 role centre page:

Could not locate the control add-in library for "Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Client.DynamicsOnlineConnect;PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35, The page contains a control add-in that is not permitted. Contact your system administrator".

Reported to the solution provider two weeks ago, and they told us this is a Microsoft error. Apparently the solution provider is unable to resolve the error.

Does anyone know how to resolve it?

    Hi,
    /Departments/Administration/IT Administration/General/Control Add-ins

See if it is listed in there. If not then import it (did you recently update the version?)

The file should be in the add-ins folder.

The add in Microsoft Dynamics Online Connect control is listed in Control Add-ins.

This is a new NAV 2015 installation.
