Rapid Start error

I am attempting to import data into the Sales Shipment Header table using RapidStart. No records import. I get the error You do not have the following permissions on TableData SalesShipment Header: Insert.

I am a SUPER user. I know the table is in the license because users are able to ship sales orders, and consequently add records to the Sales Shipment Header table.

I have check the table object and see no restrictions there.

Does RapidStart not work with the Sales Shipment Header table?

Not allowed I am afraid as the sales shipment header is a posted table created from shipping orders.
