Synchronization problem

Dear,
Kindly check this issue below.

The topology is "Sql Database Server" and "Microsoft dynamics NAV Service" in different server.
when i am trying to add a new field in a table , all the records on the table are deleted. for example i tried to add a new field on the general ledger setup, it cause a deletion for the record in the general ledger setup and i cannot open nav again ](*,) .

Please Advise.

    apply an hotfix for Microsoft dynamics NAV 2013 R2 solved the problem. after all it was not a sync problem.
