NAS - Job Queue Entry deadlock

Our customer uses Dynamics Nav 2015 (with upgrade 7) and they are experiencing deadlocks on de Job Queue Entry table. In the Event Viewer log we can see the error that was thrown by de service:

The activity was deadlocked with another user who was modifying the Job Queue Entry table. Please retry the activity.

There are 3 Job Queues, all running on the same NAS instance, which run several Job Queue Entries like this:
- Job Queue 1 : job queue entry A, B and C
- Job Queue 2 : job queue entry D and E
- Job Queue 3 : job queue entry F and G

Of course it is possible that two jobs run at the same time, but I think this shouldn't be an issue in the default unmodified Nav-code.

Can you guys help me resolve this issue?

I'm having a similar problem. I did, however, notice a large number of records in our Job Queue Log Entry table (~1.5 million). I'm going to remove the majority of these and see if the problem persists. You may want to see if you have a similar condition.
