Ftp file exchange on Azure

We have a customer that is using ftp file exchange with WMS software.
Currently they are on NAV2009.
Their new NAV2015 environment is on Azure. The hosting provider is blocking the use of ftp file sharing for several reasons.
What is a good alternative for this?
Any suggestions?
