Error when Deleting Purchase Order

Hi,

We are trying to delete Some Purchase order and get the following error:

"Microsoft dynamics NAV classic client executable for SQ has stopped Working".

I am not able to debug the system as it keeps crashing. The version of the Nav is 2009 R2. Any suggestion?
